I really like what you have here and am unsure why its not selling. The only thing I can think is that it's not bold enough. I think the header could be more styled and detailed. Add some strokes and shadows to your images. I would also try and pull the blue color more throughout the design. In the end this is a great design and I'm not fully sure why it's not selling. I hope some the ideas I've shared will help.
