While clean and legible, it needs a bit more of a "designy" feel. Not quite enough balance btw function and aesthetics.
Suggest dropping the sawtooth (looks like grandma's window shades!) and reducing the thickness of the box rule surrounding the featured item. Make corners square finish, not rounded.
Put a different pic in the feature window – perhaps with people in it. Increase height of window.
Lighten the background a little – more slate grey than charcoal.
The Demo Website and Next Project buttons are too big and clunky.
Drop the Keep In Touch and Fast Turnaround paragraphs completely – too much text on the Home page.
The other pages seem okay to me, in the main.
