The live version of this on ThemeForest looks slightly different in the header menu; I like that slight change better. Vertically the design has good flow and definitely puts the "Projects" in the spotlight. I'm not sure what sort of portfolio this would be used for, as the single display of a project would be a difficult interface for showcasing a large portfolio.

Although I'm not in love with the wave/tooth pattern on the twitter feed, I think it would look better if the pattern were on the top and bottom and the black header continued for a short space below the twitter feed. As it looks right now, it seems like an abrupt change and it's somewhat distracting.

I agree with the wave/tooth pattern. It's taking away from the site design. If you are looking for a way to break up the straight line divider, try free form shape with far less peaks and troughs.
