    I was wondering what would determine the "elite" status-I'm assuming that it would be from like concept votes but what else?

      Something like average votes per concept and average votes per review. While we use the rating on the concept review to give a quick average to the user, we rely on the votes for the "quality" calculation. We'll handle concept revisions in a slightly different manner - a revision will not count against you.
