I just get the feeling that the clean crisp lines in the nav and the lighter blue area aren't really working with the logo, lines at the bottom, and backgrounds. I also don't feel the animated spray can is really giving me the idea of graffiti, along with the clean fonts.
The valid html and css icons would look better if the line up underneath all of the social networking icons. Plus the top right of the nav looks like it may be slightly out of a grid system since it's the furthest to the right element, but I may be wrong on that.
