I think overall this is a great site. It's very creative in both the design and details such as "big dish little dish"
The only thing I would play with is some very light textured pattern in the background instead of that sterile gray. Maybe even a low opacity damask or something. On longer pages it stands out too much.
Bet the client loves it though!
