    Work on the Shirt/Suit Imagery

I agree with previous comments. Better without the vertical black line. I like the look more on all-on-one line, thought not as square for repurposing.

I can also feel the white "garments" popping a bit more, perhaps a lighter background color would help? Or the black jeca slight weight increase.

As for the shirt/suit icon: Looks great. Some notices: I'm seeing animals for some reason. I saw a cat first, then an elephant in the negative space of the J, and a cartoony elephant in the negative space of the G, then I saw the shirt/suit. I agree that maybe a bit too busy with this great mark? Perhaps loose the cuffs line? Maybe put the letters on the shirt/suit? And is it a shirt or a suit? Maybe what is needed is a kick ass elephant!? ;)

Maybe also try playing with placement. Maybe the jeca and garments could be placed in a way to create a space for the icon to sit which would connect all three elements more?

Nicely done. Love the font. Yeah, g&a is a tad bit squished.
