The thing I see is the letter spacing. It's really tight, and in some areas it looks a little weird. The t and h how the tail of the t comes above the serif on the h and then the a and r how they come together. Just seems like it can break the flow of the text if you really look at it. (Of course, most clients won't look at these things anyways)
I was thinking maybe the TM could be resting above the top right of the k instead of jutting out of the entire logo.
I like the symbol - I think the smaller one is better, the large one is too much. I think the logo can go with or without it.
I like it more with the drop shadow, I don't see the shadow in the 4th one and it seems to have nicer coloring / shadowing in the 3rd one.
