The kerning could be made tighter and choose between the green and the backwards 'n'

The lettering is a little far apart. Do you need both the green arrow and the backwards 'n'? I think one or the other would work.

  Yes I agree the letters are a little far apart. Only a little .I feel the N backwards if fine.
