Nice design! It's simple, professional, and makes good use of headings. I like the logo, the holders at the bottom of the pictures, the plate, and the headings.

I think the site could use a bit more color. For instance, the small icons next to recent event and from the blog could be colored. Also, I think the icons/graphics for the different packages should have some differences other than scale. Maybe adding an extra leaf for each package (at the least).

I'm also a little confused with the different navigation treatments. On the services page, the about us is highlighted and stands out more than the underlined services link. Is the about us a roll over state? I think you should combine the roll over and the active states in this case. Some subtle nav dividers could also enhance the page.
