Very attractive. Two thoughts - is the orange side the "back"? I think that side's logo could be smaller; don't feel the pressure to make it larger. It's hard to tell, though, what the specs of the doc are, so I don't know if the logo is truly "large" or just "readable" because the document is small. Also, is this a self-mailer or will it be in an envelope? If it's a self-mailer, be mindful of postal regulations and whatnot.
I also agree with Jackson's assessment of the two people - there's no real separation between them (the quotes and their shoulders even have different alignment) so it looks like they're related.

Julie, thanks again for your strong feedback. Agree that the logo is oversized on the one side, so I've reworked this down a bit. Only became so evident in first print proof on DL, so glad that you raised that now!
Planned as a self-deliver item for client to local letter boxes and post office boxes so no issues about postal regulations on this one fortunately! Again - agree on quotes, tidying these up for next draft!
