This isn't a bad start. I like the way you have the "a" sitting on top of the "Z". i would let the "j" run into the "a". The dot on the "I" needs to be a different color, maybe orange? You also need to change the font that your tagline is in and make it smaller and aligned right. You could also play around with making that the same color as the "I". Good start, just keep refining.
