    The orange banner is KILLING this design. I love everything about this design except for the orange ad banner. If you need an ad banner put it below the header and navigation.

      the problem is the banner's width, If I want it to add it under the menu I would have to minimize the sidebar

      To me, that would be worth it if you have to have the banner...
