    Header is praying for a redesign

    Apart from the logo, the header is praying from a redesign. Regarding the usability, I'm afraid you need ALT tags for the images, hand\pointer mouse cursors for the menu bar (red one) as well as something for :focus link state. Also the menu at the very bottom of the page is almost unreadable, change the link colours, hummm that's it!

      I've added another image with sponors... what would you change in the header?
