I will go through some usability and user experience issues rather than design issues as most people have already covered that.
Although I really have to say layout wise on the home page just way too much vertical real estate is being used up by nothing but banners. The real crunch part of that page is the browse and feature products. On 1024x768 people will barely see the browse without having to scroll down.
In terms of User Experience, on your search results page (second screenshot) you REALLY need to give the users a way to sort their results. Sorting is a very important element of browsing search results. People will want to sort by: price, brand, type, color, style etc. Especially with a database which returns a lot of results. You can't just drop 14 pages of product results onto a user and not give them a way to sort them.
With your SELECT LENSE OPTION screen, your [Back to Product Deatils] button is in a very unorthodox position which will most likely get missed by most viewers. I had to tilt my head and squint my eyes to read what the button said. It would be a lot more effective if you were to simply place it to the left of the [Add Coatings >>>] button.
In your footer your column headings ( customer service, way to shop, socialize) have the same style as the links underneath them. This can get confusing for the users (people trying to click on the headings thinking they are links).
