I like it very much. 2 Things i think you should try before consider it finished: 1 - typography, specially in the submenus, is it my eyes or they are in bold? anyway. you should try another font or keep the pattern of capital letters of the other menus. The text itself could be a little bigger. It could be me as well, I use glasses :) . 2 - The submenu color with the pictures, have you tried the blood red like the Donate link? or green like the icon on the bottom? I also notice that the images behinds menus and also the ones used in the icons have a fadding effect, have you tried it in the submenu as well?
You see, I am not suggesting what you should do, but to try and see if it fits your taste, the overall aspect of the design is awesome. Keep doing it.

Anderson, thanks so much for you feedback. I've taken your advice and taken out the bold of the sub menu drop down (I think that's what you were talking about - let me know if not.) I've also applied a gradient to the drop down menu now. I have a couple more drop downs to make, so I'm thinking that I'll do those in another color - perhaps the red or green you suggested. Take a look and let me know if I've captured the revisions you suggest. I may have misunderstood you...
