Hey man don't stress out too much you have a nice looking site here. There is a couple of things that i think can make this look a bit better.
for one don't listen to the guy above i think the navigation text size is fine.
It looks like you have a overall good grasp on the design but i think your typography is lacking.
lose the indentation on the type it looks weird, add more space in between paragraphs. Also add more headings like "Church Ministry" in between paragraphs
one more thing the quote on the side is a bit unbalanced to the left try making the font a bit smaller if that helps balance it
oh, one more thing try to add a nice 4 -6 px white border around your photography with a slight drop shadow to make it pop, have your drop shadow centered so that it illuminates in every direction.

Ha! You don't know me... But sadly, you do. I guess the pressure of having to come up with a site layout out of thin air is getting to me...
Thanks for the encouragement and feedback. I'll be working on your suggestions this morning. I don't (think) I have indentation on any typography. What looks weird? Let me know and I'll work on it.
