I really like the idea. It sets you apart. The only thing that would bother me from a readers standpoint is the diagonal text.

Holly, I see your point. I think that having the text on a diagonal is both a good and bad thing, for separate reasons. I'm going to take a risk and keep it diagonal (it is only 15 degrees, after all) because I think if I take out that aspect it might lose some dynamism.
Tiffany, great suggestions. It seems to be a common suggestion to make the sub-titles more bold. I will definitely do this for the second draft. Thanks for the comment!

I think you have a great idea, literally putting your own spin on your resume. One comment-- At first glance (and remember some people only spend 3-5 seconds looking at a resume) my eyes have trouble finding specific information. Since your titles like "education" are capitlized along with your subtitles like "AKS" they seem to fight eachother. Even though there is a size and boldness difference, I would consider giving some of the titles a pop color. (a bold color, like a red) That way, if an employer wants to scan your resume and quickly find "Experience" it'll pop right out at them.
