I think its basically been said, but watch some of the kerning, and also when designing logos you have to think about where it will be used. If its just on a website then using the graphic of smoke works alright. But as soon as it goes into print the smoke is going to die. Also if its viewed as a small icon (perhaps a favicon) then the smoke won't view very well. Designing logos in black and white is how I learned to do it, though many now use all sorts of gradients and stuff so who knows.
