Good design. The color scheme almost works for me. You might darken the darkest green a hue to make it less olive and more tropical- pull some of the yellow out. The text is almost an afterthought and not readable at all. The balance is interesting and if you could make it legible it would work better. Possibly tie in some flourish from above to cross the A's. They just throw me off. Nice shot as far as the concept and what you are wanting to convey, also appropriate to the business type. You are on the right track here.
