The concept is strong, and I think it totally fits with the company profile.
A few suggestions: - refine the lines within the logo mark itself. I like the idea, but I think you can better draw-out the movements of the lines.
- I'm not wild about the typeface. It seems like the mark is fairly clean, but the type is almost grunge. Serif for sure, but maybe a little cleaner.
