I think that you choose very well the position of the things. I just think that the ribbon should be at the up right position, in the grey area... I miss something in the grey area :S.

The rest is clean, direct and easy to undesrtand. Very good!

The other idea is to put the logo in the blue area, in the up-left (not so close to the left part).. Try it, a little bit smaller...
