How many experts should I use?
We suggest using at least 2 experts per category. Multiple experts will bring differing perspectives to your project, and help uncover additional issues and ideas. Read Why You Only Need to Test with 5 Users (Jakob Nielsen) for more detail on the subject.
How long does it take?
Feedback will be delivered in 2 business days or less, sometimes as quickly as a few hours.
What kind of concepts can I get feedback on?
We specialize in websites, landing pages, applications, interfaces, mockups, and wireframes. We also review logos, e-newsletters, and marketing materials, including advertisements, mailers, posters, billboards, and more. If you have a special request, let us know.
What kind of feedback will I receive?
Feedback is both written and visual, and based on time-tested principles and real world experience. Take a look at some samples to see what typical feedback looks like.
How much does it cost?
$99 per expert. You can select up to 5 experts in each feedback category (design, usability, copy and strategy).
Who are the experts?
Experts have been carefully screened and hand-selected from the Concept Feedback community. Their reputation is backed by impressive credentials and plenty of real-world experience. You can learn more about each of our experts on the expert bio page.
Can I work a specific expert(s)?
Sure. We charge a little more, but we can certainly make special arrangements. Contact us if you're interested.
Do you offer custom expert consulting?
Yes. Contact us if you're interested in discussing custom consulting packages, including comprehensive website audits, design and development services, and more.
Can't I just do this myself?
You could try, but you're probably too close to the project to provide an unbiased opinion. Our service provides an objective, fresh set (or sets) of eyes that will help you uncover issues and generate ideas you could not come up with on your own or with your team.
Why should I get feedback from experts, and not my potential customers?
While we certainly are a big proponent of getting target market feedback, experts will help you identify issues, as well as propose solutions to fix or improve them. Our experts have academic and real world experience which they pass on to you in the form of time-tested, actionable advice.
Is my expert feedback private?
Yes. Your concept and the feedback it receives is 100% private. No one else will see your concept except you, your expert(s), and anyone you choose to share it with. If you require an NDA, or other special requirement, please contact us.
What if I'm not satisfied?
In the unlikely event that you don't receive mind-blowing feedback, let us know, and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
