    Make the Headers Stand Out

Posted on Sep 29, 2009 at 1:07 PM

Love this. Love the colors, love the simplicity, love the font. I think if anything it just needs a little more "boldness" on some of the elements, like the header bars.

I totally agree with Lynn. In everything. I just wonder how are you gonna use these fonts on the final site. These are not standard.

    The very top...

Posted on Sep 29, 2009 at 10:53 PM

The layout is wonderful, it's easy to read and it really guides the read along. I love it.

There one issue I do have with the site. I completely missed the information on the very top (logo, phone #, and the links on the top right.) Maybe you could just cut the top off and work it into the rest of the layout...

    Otherwise... Bravo

Would insert the live chat next to the phone number

Posted on Sep 30, 2009 at 1:24 AM

Nice site. It seems to me that live chat and email should be at the same "level" as the phone number, as these are basically all contact forms, let users prefer which way to contact you, That will enable you to put Client login in the menu.

Where is the user going from here? Is your plan that they should just check the different products in the menu? If not, then you should definetely have an action button

    Header needs work

Posted on Sep 30, 2009 at 8:10 AM

The organization of content at the bottom looks really nice. The navigation and header needs to be livened up though I think. With a very plain but organize bottom, I think you need a more creative and energized header/navigation to liven things up. This doesn't look bad by any stretch of the imagination but could use some pazzaz.

Ya I agree - the header images will be rotating between shared, vps and dedicated and will contain more information etc :)

      Thanks for the feedback.

    header font choice

Posted on Oct 02, 2009 at 10:33 AM

I don't like the font you used for the headers. Its being used way to much these days. Stick to something more solid looking. Also I would add more whitespace between the content sections.
