    Too complicated

The squared number of h's in the name requires too much explanation IMHO. However, I do like the actual design of the logo and love the tag line.

    two HH's

take out the squared 2 add in another h keep the font the same but make the second h a hue of 80% of the the first and slip it behind the first, so that it looks like the h is moving fast...

love the font! - what is it?

WhatTheFont says it's "Chaparral Pro." I agree, it's a nice looking font!

Yup. Chaparral Pro has been really good for Industrial and industry-specific logos. I added a yellow 'h' and slipped it behind the first 'h' leaving the transparency at 100.

      Shabbir

in the second one the height of the second 'h' is higher than that of the first, that needs to be the same. Thinking about it though I agree with Z keep all the letters visible but play with the kerning a bit, tighten it up a bit and change the tagline font to sans serif and make it lower case, at the moment I read it as 'creativity squared - mahhf' because even though it's smaller it's bigger...

    How many h's?

Posted on Sep 20, 2009 at 10:59 PM

The squared sign is a nice idea, but I end up seeing "mah f" instead of "mahhf." Every letter should be represented in the logo, even if some are more hinted at than others, like the layered h's mentioned above. You might be able to work the h^2 in as an icon of sorts, because I really do like the tagline.

    Great choice of font, too!

I wanted an obvious link between the squared 'h' and the tag-line CREATIVITY SQUARED. Since the target market is going to be specific(such as shortlisted industries, etc) the client is worried much about public made to think twice when they look at the logo.

Can you tell me about the other two logos.

    Use the full company name

Posted on Sep 21, 2009 at 2:24 PM

    Hey Shabbir,

Make use of the whole name ... it's simply not OK to cut letters from the name. Most people will not make the extra loop to understand it.

I think there are a lot of ways to play with this name, just give it another thought.

    Z.

      Hey Shabbir,

The second one lacks depth. Maybe you can work on that. The third is well OK, but looks plain. Anyway better than squared.

Background color could be a lighter gray

Posted on Sep 21, 2009 at 6:28 PM

Interesting idea. I recommend the version with two "h's", not the one with them combined or the squared one. I think the background color is too dark and you'd be better off with a lighter shade of gray.

    Perhaps the colors

Posted on Sep 23, 2009 at 2:34 AM

Remember that there could be a problem with the choice of colors if you want to change the background. How are you going to use the logo? Do yu always wan to have the grey back ground? Sometimes its good to have a transparent backround.
