I think the design is a bit "too much", it has too many colors. the design seems suited for a daycare website.....

Trying to create a playful design is great, but this is an example of wasted attention. There's so much going on in so many different colors I automatically think of those popup spam sites.

yeah, tone down those colours! and perhaps not so much of a 'boxy' or compartmentalized look. more visual, less reading.

I think replacing the rainbow background with something a little more subtle (i.e. solid color) would help to simplify... I would loose the icon bar at the top of the window and find a less obtrusive place for it on the page (further down and smaller). Also make sure all images are sized correctly (some are skewed)

Colors are too bright. The logo is not good either.
I will say it again and I will not stop saying it, use the grid system for better presentation/layout. Everything looks crowded.

I suspect your attempting to draw in people who are designing websites, and use your site as a resource for social networking icons on their own designs. As a web designer i can promise you, after landing on the site, that i wouldnt respond to this very positively, the only click would be on the back button.
I suggest a much cleaner approach, simple and subtle, let the icons speak for themselves, and please less ads!!
