I like this logo. It has longevity and provides stability and trust. It is a traditional type of logo for this type of company which is perfect.

You might offend some french people, as the "fleur de lis" is some kind of national symbol.
Other than that, not too much to say, very ellegant and balanced.

The fleur de lis being upside down and so large and dark just catches my eye a little too much. It competes with the baker's hat. But overall very elegant and appropriate.

I like it a lot but feel that the curvy text along with all of the tiny dots, the hat, the french symbol, the circle,
are all doing too much.
Try to simplify the center a bit.
