hey, i actually like that little glow you've got going on. I'm worried about your crucifix t. and also its doing strange things with the alignment at the bottom. unless you're going for a very christian design look, you might want to adjust the first letter 't'. i think just trimming off the left side of the cross on the t might fix most everything, might not look enough like a t anymore though.. might be cool to put a three in there somewhere.. maybe.. like 3rio ? there's lots of potential. i like the blocky font you chose for trio. and i think the lower font you wrote design in works well with it. looking forward to see what you do with this, and the website someday~
I'm not sure how I could integrated a 3, although that would totally be awesome if I could.
I like the 1st and 2nd one... leaning to the 2nd one mo. Not really feeling the last one or the blurr effect on any of them or a logo period. You shouldn't either unless it's just a logo for a marketing material or something. And if you look at it long enough with the blurr effect you will begin to catch a headache. Other then that good job. It can work at any size and in color or black & white.
if u can put a 1px line is better because the white blur is blurring all the image, my eyes are out of focus lol :P
so try tu pur a line in this thing :)
So...you want me to remove the blur?....I don't understand what the 1px line is all about...
nop. try to add a 1px line of #999999 or #d1d1d1 to all the letters .!
How does it look with no glow?
I think the way the second one aligns nicely on the left and right is nice and the chopped t it makes it seem more stylish and unique. I don't think the glow would be a problem if the logo was displayed smaller. I am assuming it won't be this big in use. If you are going to use it at this size then I would consider dropping the blur atleast on the "trio" and maybe keep it on the "design".
I really like the look of the boxed font, and the last logo is by far the best, the crossed T is not working and the glow is tricky on the eyes. I am wandering however that a TRIO is three, and so 3 sided? So why the 4 sided boxes? I would expect a set of triangles making up the font
I like the one with the border... it is clean and simple.
I will go with the 4th
Hi The fourth logo down is my favorite by far. I think it is perfect and that maybe messing a bit with color variations like a strong silver on black. or just white on the deep black is just fine.
Adding blur, borders etc...does not help this logo in any way.
If I did anything I would echo the square in the o alternating black white and black boxes coming out in subsequent smaller sizes going out to the upper left corner for a bit more dynamics. Yet, I really think this is a strong piece already.
The fourth one down is strong and cool to me!
Best of luck!
I like all three of them...
I only have a small comment with the first one. It's much better when you stay between the design... it looks messy when one piece of the T sticks out ...
I prefer the second!
Grts!
thanks...the only thing I don't like about the cut of "T" is the fact that it gets hard to read.
I like the last concept. It's neat... but why there's no "design" attached?
Could you please post a version without blur/glow effect? I believe that logo should be extra crisp and sharp to show that business is serious and professional.
Take care and good luck!
The one with no "design" attacked was just a dummy example. I posted the one with no glow just now.
I tried your idea of taking out the left arm of the letter "T"...I posted an example on this page. I also increased the font size of the word "DESIGN". What do you think?
