I'm not sure if I understand the colour scheme and why either 'vu' is highlighted or the dot on the 'i'.
If you're going for the square look with the set of squares on the left, why don't you make the dot on the 'i' a square too.
Experiment with playing on the word 'vu' with say a vista, a window, a different way of thinking etc. It's nice you've created a few though with various styles - you're clearly in the brainstorming stage!
Not knowing what kind of organization this is a logo for makes it difficult to review the logo accurately. Your first two designs look very corporate and squared off, whereas your last, with the pencil texture, seems more casual and artistic.
I would say that of the two corporate ones, the stroked logo looks better; it keeps the whole design better unified.
The third design, which is neither corporate nor artistic, I would say you can probably lose; it's not particularly distinctive compared to the others.
As the reveiwer above me said, you're clearly still brainstorming here, but it is probably worth sitting down and determining exactly which message you are trying to get across, so that you can fine-tune in that direction.
Looks like you're off to a good start, though! Best of luck in your revisions.
2 and 4; I LOVE!
Great designs.
