Hi Ashish
The lime green buttons don't work very well with the warmer red and yellow tones.
The flaming guitar looks great. The only thing that kills it for me, is that I've seen a lot of similar flaming guitars on stock photography and wallpaper sites.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, but chances are it will kill the impact for others that have seen the same image in a few places before.
This is a nice design, I like it, but has nothing to do with a store. It looks like a band website a rock band website, this is my first impression.
If this has to be a store you need to add some promotions on the first page, give the users some products, this looks like a splash screen.
Make this a header and add content to the page, relevant content that a user may look for on the website.
I like the images you have used here. The guitar with fire surrounding it looks amazing :)
A great design but the plain boring menu lets it down. Maybe orange or black and green hover buttons or icons?
I liked the design is veryyy beautiful.
The images were well in tune, and the colors well prepared.
Only failed to perfect the menu, one should give more attention to design it for your stay perfect.
The flaming guitar image is awesome.
The images on the left and text are probably not the best use of the space. I'm sure there's a much better use such as a navigation, products, info, etc.
The navigation on the top right is lacking effort and importance.
I guess this is a splash page or intro page to the actual store site. I'm missing what the "music store" and "search" thing is. I guess thats a button of some kind. It isn't very clear what is what and what I'll get if I click it. Can't tell if its a button or a background to a headline.
The headline and text below seem unnecessary. Either lose this and implement better call to actions, or use the space for more usable content.
Have the "Store" and Proceed to check in on the top right is just floating. I would recommend putting that below the guitar if that's the main item you want noticed and for the user to click on.
