Here is the second version of our logo and brochure. Your comments and suggestions have been of real help to us.

EDIT:
I have updated the images to show you the final version. Also note that the fuzzy parts around the text is due to the low quality of the resized image and is not like that in the original file. If anyone else has any minor suggestions please don't hesitate to comment.

Logo: I really like the font you used, is new, futuristic, easy to read it represents well your target! But I kind of don't like the color, I mean I really like blue color, but not this one you have used, it looks that is washed away, to dark blue, try a more innovative blue like Adobe use or google, or microsoft!
Borchure: The Brochure is looking good! I like how the white fits on the blue, and the blue you have used here it's okay, looks a little bit dirty ( because of the quality I guess) Of course you can improve it putting less text and be more at the subject! Just list the services, this is just to let people know that you are doing that, and once they get in contact with you talk more!
The Whole Concept looks very good! Just try a different blue and you nailed it! Good luck

The Logo itself is looking very good, but if you will try a different blue then you will see a much more better logo! You will find it more innovative, trust me!

1The White looks very good here on the blue background
Now the white here looks very good on the blue gradient background that you have used! But the gradient itself looks a little bit dirty ( don't know why, maybe because of the quality??)

1I think much less text, and bigger services list
I think the purpose of this brochure is to communicate with the people the services that you are doing, you don't have a product to describe, so go straight to the point! The Titles are great, but underneath just go with the services listed! And make them bigger! That's all! The Rest looks great, the icons, the white text!

Well done for coming back ... and taking on loads of the feedback that was given. It is really satisfying to see a design improve like this.
Great points:
V looks much better - in fact I really like the logo I kind of like the O it gives an impression of a mouse or some sort of sytem. The font is good. I like the back page of the brochure Very clear good contact info I like the icons on the inside and on the back
Not Great:
Inside
The text still looks very fuzzy on the blue (looking at the real doc not just the reduced size image). If this image is the correct size then it is no good.
Even the headers look fuzzy. It may just be the background colour as other reviewers have said ... I like the colour actually but it is no good if it is not functional.
Don't use different size text for the headers ... it is just confusing ... users will try and interpret what it is meant to mean. Each header should be a consistent size. Don't use italics for the services this makes it even harder to read.
Front page
I hate this - this is very subjective opinion but it the floating bits of text just don't really do anything ... People won't read them they are just looking for a visual impression.
I preferred your orb (-: Maybe make the whole outside white and have your logo in blue with the orb and the O in the middle.
How about doing something with the O as a mouse ... with a wire trailing out of it ...
Keep trying you are nearly there (-:

However about the fuzzy text on the background, I forgot to mention that that is because I reduced the size to about 20% because it was too big, so that is why it shows up like that.

Good idea. I'll see what I can come up with. I agree with you about the cover but I did a trial print yesterday and it looks okay so since I'm running out of time (we want to get it to the printers asap) I think I'll just leave it as it is. Thanks anyway :)

I like the logo, now it's readable, I am with Liviu on the color, try a different blue.
The round brochure was much more interesting but this is not bad and probably it's better to distribute and to read because you will have all kinds of clients.
What I don't like about it is the texture you have in the background ... cloudy or dirty ... it doesn't fit the markets you target.
Then the icons, I don't like them, they don't look creative and I think that are to big and take to much space. use the icons just next to the titles and use all that space for the text and the white space you will gain from that will be used to better separate the different sections/services.
in the end don't forget that less is more ... so if you can reduce the amount of text and maybe increase the text size it will probably be much better.

Thanks a lot for your input. I agree about the icons. I also noticed that they take over and draw the reader away from the text. I'll make them smaller and place them next to the headings like you said.
I'm also going to change the color of the logo and the background.

Maybe just a suggestion, on your business card have a facebook icon and put ur business name/username on facebook beside it and maybe do the same with twitter, linked in, etc... I know its a business card but it looks good and ive seen this on a few business cards.
I really like the brochure, The blue with white text on top matches up really well :) good job.

The work is very well done, clean and professional looking. i just have one comment concerning the texts layouts, i think they need to be more organized and reshaped to be comfortable to read. some alignment in the layout and some empty spaces will definitely help ..
