I know this is supposed to be a theme for mass market, but sometimes you need to give your potential customers some inspiration on what to do with their site. That being said, you should actually come up with some unique features including a unique logo that helps certain companies identify with your template. Other than that I do agree with the others in the fact that it's too run of the mill. Maybe you should find a way (possibly with the logo) to break out of the grid, but not too much though.
It just seems to look like a template that you can get free online...not to affend...but their is little creation and imagination within the design itself. With today's standards, there needs to be a much higher level of creativity and ingenuity that will stimulate your viewers. Your font's are off and you may want to take a look at Font Squirrel to help you out with that. The header nav font size is way too large. The search box inner shadow is not up to date with current design standards. I'd recommend going over to dribbble.com, forrst.com, or patterntap.com to regain inspiration.
Hi thankyou for your feedback, it already gave me some ideas for where to go next. But things - what do you mean with "your fonts are off" ? They are aligned to a grid and the font itself is "helvetica" (can´t be off right ;) ?) . Also the search box has no inner shadown?

There's nothing really "wrong" with your design at all. It's just that, in my view, there's not a lot to recommend it either.
My observations: It gives me a definite "print media" impression. The rigid grid, the square finish images, the long paras and too-tight leading all make me think of a "trade type" magazine.
The pull-out numerals on pg2 are superfluous. There's a big disconnect between this and pg1 and they only ruin your grid.
The fussy corners of the search box serve only to draw attention to the wrong thing.
The thumbnail images on pg3 are not tall enough. They look good as panoramics, but in reality will be impractical.
Page 4 doesn't follow the grid at all. Looks completely lost. Again the fussy corners of the fields are distracting.
Overall, the total design simply doesn't work hard enough. It doesn't appear to be intended to attract any particular business type. And in my recent searches for a particular type of template, that's exactly how I framed my search.
Hope this helps.
