Hey, good job I like it.
My personal opinion, I would prefer to see the outer circle stroke the same thickness as the type and maybe in the same red.
But that's just me. Good job.
Dear Jackson, I love your logo as it has something "mistique", because you can keep on staring at it seeing more than just a number. I am not with other reviewers liking the red circle on the outside, black is much better and gives some power to he inner part. As I understood correct you're looking for more business, right? I could help you out here, as I like to start up my own business in the near future and still looking for an identity & logo. Does that sound as interesting to you? I will post my concept soon, and maybe you can comment and think along on a name/logo. Regards Stijn
I like the red you have used, despite another readers problem with it looking like a stop sign, i think you have cherried/burgundy'ied the red enough to make it look more regal in colour than a stop sign.
The font helps to modernise the overall appeal with its beautiful symmetry.
Reminds me of some record company logo..
The one with the thin black border is much better. I really like this logo.
No doubt about it, I like the second one the best. I think the final touch of making the outside circle red and the same width of font makes this logo complete.
I immediately got 906 from this logo.
The fun part of this logo is that yes, it can be flipped and read the same both ways. Thus the use of placing it on a fake coin and leaving it as a leave behind to clients in a unique way...who knows maybe a twirly thing on top of a pen to pass a bored clients day? fun to think about its uniqueness...
My eye keeps on wanting to test...what if that belly of the 9 and 6 lightly touched the white circle that surrounds it? Maybe that would be pushing it too far?
I'm jealous..nice logo!
Looks great. Maybe you should try in different color. Don't know why the red... but anyway, great job.
nice and sharp
Nice going. Not fan of the colors though ... but my taste not yours :D
Keep up the good work,
I really like this logo. It's clean and simple.
Great logo!
i do like the simplicity of it. I prefer it with the black outer stroke - it does break it up a tad. Well done:)
Great work! Achieves the objectives. Could also try without outside circle.
Try to make it little more 3D ? Maybe it will not be a "dead end". Anyway good idea
I think, it is a nice logo design.
and i did!.. great logo :)
Looks great!!!
Im just wondering what 906 does?
Cool design, I assume you are in area code 906 --- or it has some other meaning.
make the outer thick stroke black or some other color --- will pop more!
While I can clearly see that it is 906 it would be easier if the "stems" where curved like in more fonts.
I really like this. 906 stands out well. Outside line is thick enough to look good when printed. Logo is pretty original.
I like it!
Bold is what we were going for. Thanks so much for your kind feedback.
We're pretty much set on red, but I certainly appreciate the insight. As for the stroke, based on earlier comments, we're going to give red a try in place of black. Thanks for your feedback.
i really like this logo.
Hi there - it looks really good, very professional and clean. Reminds me of a TV show from Australia in the 70s called 'number 96'. How will you use it?
Hi Megan. It's the logo for my freelance design business. So it'll be used on collateral and the Web site and perhaps a vehicle wrap.
Works great in color or black and white. Great logo!
I like it a lot. Although it is possible ithe 906 could completely go over someone's head.
small suggestion to lessen that confusion, see how it looks if you add some very thin spacing where the 9 and the 6 touch the outer circle.
Love the logo. Def looks better with red outer circle. Red color looks good. Green wouldn't look right.
But the revised version reminds me a little of the Hoover Vacuum cleaner logo.
is the outside stroke needed? with the stroke it reminds on sports - maybe a football / soccer club: http://www.hannover96.de/CDA/
I like it. The color along with the stroke outline is what is giving people the street sign feel, I think. Maybe a blue? I like the three circles. I like the reversibility of it. It is engaging in that you want to spend a little time looking at it and ponder it a bit, but at the same time it might work against you. Does it say GOB? With all the attempts at hip these days it might be just a little too abstract for Johnny Public. Have you tried raising the 9 and lowering the 6? It might be worth a look.
Thanks for the feedback. We'll give it a try with that red stroke in place of black.
