First of all nice over-all design. There is one thing though that is bothering me. The black menu bar at the top. I personally am not a fan of blackness on the web, colors stimulate emotions in people and black is just kinda depressing.

Apart from that i like it, i think you did quite a good job with the live auctions, you did'nt overdo it and just kept it simple and to the point, i really like that.

Also just a minor thing, at the menubar on the left side the background image is 1 or 2 pixels too small. You'll see it when you look at it. Just a minor thing.

The logo - Very nice, great use of the "home" shape.

Color Scheme - I am not opposed to the brown/tan color, but it is very excessive. The orange call to actions are really brought out - I might recommend making the clickable area or buttons a tiny bit larger, very nice use of a complimentary color.

Navigation - Yea, not feeling the black, I would liek to see it using the orange or a shade of orange to compliment and balance the layout.

The home page does not really point me in a single adirection, there are so many choices all with "equal" weight, I really am unsure what YOU want me to do.

Nice design. This all fits together nicely. The search results and listing details are presented nicely.

I think you should reduce the amount of navigation because there is redundancy and it takes up a lot of space. You have 3, maybe 4, nav bars on the My OPA page. Can you consolidate the nav into half of what you have?

It's important to keep the main working section on each page above the fold. If you remove the tan nav bars under the grey man, then your details/account/listings section moves up.

Do you need the grey man on the My OPA page?

First, I think the layout is appropriate for these kinds of sites. However, I can't help but to think that the search bar could better designed.

This very much looks like websites from the 90s. The colours don't go along well with each other and the buttons aren't really attractive. I understand you are trying to use colours from the logo but I don't think that's necessary.

The details in the 'Live Auctions' looks a little crowded. You can remove the 'click for full property details' button and move the like to the title instead.

The background on this just isn't working. You have white, black, and gray colors, the background should match this.

I like the overall look and feel of the site, but the tan background is just making me board. It just doesn't excite me or make me want to do something.
