I like your concept but I think you have to work on this points :

1. Leaves and logo size
2. try to change your buttons and footer menu colors
3. while you're a tree care company you have such a tree without leaves in the background at the top of the website..
4. the contrast of every think.. specially the very green grass in the background

I like the design, but for me there are some small issues. The most important is the different styles you use in the design.

There's a very organic feeling with the background image and the picture 'who are we'; but the background of the logo and the bird (twitter?) looks more iconographic or even cartoonesque. It's just not working out. Also, make the logo (or the leaves) smaller. I'm not even sure the logo needs the leaves, try leaving them out.

Give the text some more spacing; now the titles (Tree Trimming, Vegetation Management) are too close to the top of the box and too close to the text. Give it a bit more top and bottom padding and it'll brighten up! Same goes for the menu and the navigation below the 'Who are we?' image.

I agree with the others try and make the logo smaller

Its a nice and original design. But the tree above does not looks good.

And if you use some different concept instead of leave. It looks better.

Bottom looks good but card and social media icon need to be aligned properly. In the left and right side.
