Hey ! the design is good .. complete in composition and balanced.
The only suggestion i can make is, you cud have given a bit more margins to the text.
The "3 Mountrains, 10 climber..." heading should have gotten more margins. As that section is prime then the other 4 boxes below.
You could have used some small graphics with the links, or the whole Links could have been buttons.
The pictures for "the challenge" & "the team" have lighter sky tones. Maybe improving there colors (darker) would have made it more attractive.
The footer, in comparison to the header and the rest of the body is dull. The links could have had colors and text variations. Or a peak logo somewhere int he footer would have chilled it up.
Well, these are my suggestions, (after thinkign a lot)

Such a great design whit the logotype and the structure of the page but it's a shame that the menu on the top and in the fotter looks so basic.
My 2 cents is to shape them up so they wont just look like a quick job using only text whit <li> <a href>.
