There is nothing I can pinpoint about the design, it is clean, proper use of whitespace, pleasing contrasts and colours, proper fonts.

Still, it lacks soul. It almost seems like one of the parked domain sites that are merely there to grab links or perhaps it looks like a standard web site template. It does not grab attention or convince me that this is a special company where I want to do business with. This is important because the industry of hosting has a poor reputation. It is filled with businesses that overpromise and underdeliver.

The corporate motivational stock photo is so cliche that I'm starting to hate people who smile in general.

I do not wish to be harsh but if you follow through with this design, this company will be one of the hundres of thousands of existing companies who lacks differentation. My advise would therefore be to work on originality and projecting trust, some examples:

    • Provide a free trial service option
    • Show key statistics such as uptime
    • Show your passion for IT infrastructure
    • Showcase of important websites using the service

Well, like others have said there's nothing really wrong with the design, it's just boring.

Maybe for the different options you can use the gold, silver, and bronze concept. Gold for the most advanced option and bronze for the most basic option. Or, you could simply use a different color for the the option titles and make them slightly bigger too. Finding a way to add in some icons probably wouldn't be a bad idea either.

For the customer comments section you might consider changing the plain boxes surrounding the comments to some sort of speech bubble. Or again, simply changing the color of the text.

I would also recommend changing the parts that are a light grey to a darker grey or tan just to give it more contrast and depth.

    Adequate

I don't see anything particularly 'wrong' with this design... it's aligned nicely, the colours are consistent throughout. Looks nice...

My only real addition would be that nothing 'stood out' at me... particularly if one of the hosting plans should be promoted more (offers more profit for the hosting company, or value for the customer).

Perhaps more of a point should be made of the price? Maybe change the container for the price to something else, something more eye-catching.

If I hit this page while looking for hosting, I probably would have left within few seconds as nothing particularly caught my eye to guide me to what I'm interested in. The graphic looks good, but it's the only really eye catching item on the page. Unfortunately I don't know what that's going to say, otherwise it may make sense that that's the most eye catching item on the page (though I expect not).

Attached for example (size/shape/colour to something that fits - just re-used something I had to hand)

    Hope this helps,

    Kurt
