Hi, your companies logo is great, but I'm sorry to say the rest can't really keep up with the level of quality set there. The colors are very dull and dirty. If you are set on them, try adding slight gradients (like 10%) to them so that they come to life at least a little bit. Also try to play around with the typography - like increasing line height, trying out justify as text alignment and increasing the size difference between normal text and headlines.

Overall you have a solid layout, although it's sort of 5+ years ago. I would recommend browsing some of the CSS Galleries to get an idea of what current CSS design trends are like. Just google "CSS Gallery" and you'll get like a million results. No, really!
