The colors are very serious, not like the websites shown in the portfolio images.
I think each section should be softened with some rounded corners to match the rounded font in the logo.
I don't like flash animation, just my opinion. You could put a JS scrolling showcase instead of flash.

I like the colors, I think you have a nice blue :)
The flash is fantastic, but I am not a fan of flash, but I think that you use it wisely ;) One think I will remove the menu from the flash...don't know why...but I don't like flash menu!! Flash headers are okay as long is fantastic with amazing effects like yours!
The content is okay! Good information on the home page, that's what clients look, portfolio and other clients :)
The footer is amazing, I love footers like this one!!!! Brazil rocks :P
So I really enjoy looking at your website and it's sure a nice web site for a Design Agency!! Nice work

First of all, I think you've rendered everything on the page really nicely, and the site is simple, clean and well layed-out.
I agree with the previous posters that the colours are a bit conservative... when I first saw the page it reminded me of a placeholder site you might get on an unregistered domain ( e.g. link text) - only with regards to the colours though, your site is obviously a lot more polished!
It does make your company look very professional, but a little bit lacking in charm and individuality.
The flash banner is really nicely done, but maybe you could use it to introduce the company, your team, or explain what you all aim to achieve in your work?

I think this color is a little old fashioned and makes the website feel "heavy" and "too solid" for webdesign agency

Effective use of color, white space, graphics and minimal text. Makes the design attractive and inviting. Even though I cannot understand the language here, but I do wnt to click on the 4 images to learn more ....

The header image quality is great, but the flash between images is a bit bright. Would prefer to see something softer. I like the layout of the portfolio page, and the style with the thick black borders. Might try 2-wide with slightly larger thumbnails instead of 3-wide as the images get pretty small.
