however i will give you a couple of pointers
Courier could possibly be the ugliest font in the world... try not to use it
Headings look more like buttons and buttons look like tables
Headings also don't align with body text

First, I must say that I'm really surprise. In my personal opinion ther is much to say about it.
First of all you should clear the background. Also change the typo. And resize the line in the menu to be smaller.
After align the text at left but not centered ( exept in the typo)
I don't understand the captain...

Layout, alignment, typography, imagery. Pretty much everything is lacking. You're lacking just about every basic design principle there is. Maybe that is why your reviews have yet to contain more than one word.
My best suggestion is to either go all the way back to the start and read a bit on basic design principles, then try again.
I might have been able to score you higher on purpose, but unfortunately I don't particularly know what that is.

There is a lot to say about this, Im not sure where to start but the font, header, links, and layout - pretty much everything needs attention
It looks more of a mockup than a design but then this is 'concept' feedback.
Maybe you should have a look around at some sites with a similar purpose or aim as to what you are trying to achieve - it might inspire you to build on what you have here
