I would probably pick a better template as the main image (a little bit more attractive/modern looking). But overall, I think the value proposition is super clear and I like the layout. Good luck!
This site is really clear. The only thing I see you can change is 2 thing.
You can change the way that you present the "templates" in the header
I would hire someone to get your own illustrations and don't buy suff you can find on shutterstock or dreamstime ...
It will give you your on flavor to the page.
muito bom
Hi Al,
I like your page about website services of Intuit. It's clean and simple, no distractions, showing thumbnails of typical pages, single prominent CTA.
There are few issues I would like to raise though:
Prospects customers should be able to see not only thumbnails but also full size designs. This way you can convince them of the visual quality of their future site.
Moreover I would even allow them to browse through all designs. That is more natural way to sell - first I see the product than I decide to try it and than I will buy it. If you are afraid that somebody will just copy your designs show them with 90% zoom.
New call to action should not only mention Trying for Free but also Find your design or similar. The more users are involved in browsing and clicking on your site the more chances you have they will try it and buy it.
Claim your domain name is not really that important. User can do it at any later stage and IMHO it's just not the best approach to get new users. It's so much easier to get them excited about choosing design and making instant changes in them (instant gratification), than about painful looking for a domain name?
At the moment Sign up is almost a deal-breaker. Typical conversion killer. It's like a shot in a foot :) . 3 steps long sign-up process with lengthy form forcing prospect user to make so many decisions and give you so much data. And for what? For ability to try your product? Imagine that kind of form (with credit card numbers) before a car test drive at the local car dealer?
The way to increase conversions would be by designing completely new "have fun with it first - no questions asked", new-user experience centred strategy. No sign-ups, long forms, card numbers, painful decisions. You need to show to the completely internet inexperienced users (your bread and butter) that having a basic website is easy and inexpensive. Completely within their reach and abilities.
At the moment unfortunately you have it "designed"the other way round.
I took the liberty of drawing a quick wireframe of your page which addresses above mentioned issues.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
Michael

Looking at this, its a "Sound Concept". I would add more benefits to the users, and highlight how easy it is.
In thinking of the "objections" you may face they are
etc etc.
Some of these questions are answered, but the objections (whatever they really are) need to be handled in the form of key benefits right off the bat. Try a sub header, perhaps a few bullets. Definitely want to not only show the best designs, but also the most successful ones (focus on passions, like bakers, artists, as well as the main audience).
Hi Julia, welcome to concept feedback, please keep in mind this is a site for insightful and helpful feedback, not just two line reviews. :)
