Overall the site looks very good.

The site is colorful and friendly, welcoming and not overly complicated or overwhelming. Looks very easy for the users to use. I think the site is full of life and energy and portrays you as guys that work hard and have fun while you do it.

I really like the footer I think the height and the spacing is good.

Very nice site; it is attractive and clearly indicates how to use it.

The only improvement I can suggest is to provide geolocation, in prepopulating the city and state from the user IP.

Generally, people are not going to range far for a garage or yard sale.

I like this design, well done!

My thoughts here:

1. Your top navigation need a bit better spacing, you have your button and then and lot of space, I think your trying to go with a fixed width cell for each button, in my opinion it's better that this would be a dynamic spacing, something like 10px on the top, right, bottom and right, this way it stays coherent in the whole navigation section.
2. I suggest to use bigger headers, headers tell's the visitors what this section about.
3. The icons are to big, when I saw the design at first I was looking at the icon but not to the content.
4. Give the overal design more space, space between for example the header and content, content needs to breath, this way it will be more pleasant to read it ;)
