Guy in the back right looks Un-perportional

I think you need to work on the contrast and levels a bit. The bottom image is stronger than the first one in terms of composition. the shifty eyes throw off my focus in the top image.
In the top picture the central person has very little contrast in his face. The guy to the left keeps stealing my eye because he has a lot more contrast on his face.

The background has very little substance to it. You need to improve it by changing it or editing it in some form of image editor.
The people look better in second shot but out of focus. The green blazer guy in bottom image is a great person for being in the middle because his top is much different compared to others. There isn't much width to these images nor height so you can't really extend the image because all you can fit in is a mugshot of their faces and chests.
Keep working on it and you'll get a good balance.

Yeah it was for a small time band. I'll keep those suggestions in mind. I'll have a few new band photos up soon.

Play with the lighting placement. Your lights are too close and not diffused enough. What are you using for diffusion? Where are your lights placed?
