    Form

    Hello Bryan,

Your layout and design is in the right direction(compared to old one) though seems a bit too white.

    Here my suggestions:

1: The form items and sections are nicely arranged but I've no clue to what form I'm feeling. Cell Phone Plan, phone included and features fieldset all looks ok but the form in a whole does not have a title I think or maybe i'm not getting what it all about.

2: To avoid too much white, I'll add a very subtle gray background color to the form container just as you done to steps box up but this time no gradient.

    Nice piece and the best.

I actually really like how nice and clean it looks and feels. The only thing that really bothers me is the Sign In and Support buttons in the top right corner.... they're just kind of hanging out there with nothing to anchor them. Maybe some sort of dark gray or black bar running across the top of the page that they could attach to?

The same goes for the "Get Out" tab that is highlighted... there's a gap between it and the header below it, I feel like it should be attached to bring everything together.

    image help

Although I do enjoy the simplicity, I do think the phone plan and phone included and features need to be set apart a little more. Maybe in a "box" An image would help separate things a little more and give clearer, defined areas. even just a simple image of a cell phone on a white background... But WOW! Great job on the change, I just saw the previous version... I love seeing befores and afters.
