I truly love the tag line type changed to lowercase....Seems more approachable/inviting....like Hamilton Design would be nice to work with. The "Hamilton Design" font choice just is not working for me.....seems very uptight or even medical/sterile....Side note: the circles logo when in black appears to be a cannonball with fuse...Do love how the blue colors brought this up to date...keep on it and you will get it!

Like Sean I think the lowercase tag line is much better, the colour is a bit light and the text looks a little squashed maybe you need to spread it to the g.
The best version is the first but I think your orignal typeface for Hamilton Design was stronger
