you titled this site "web drop" but you have a lot of earthy and warm tones in your design. I think cooler colors and a bit more blue would fit the name better, but that is just a personal choice really.
Also, I would probably try using that water drop imagery you have going a little bit. Overall I think it looks nice but it can definitely use some work. See notes for more...

sharpen up your edges all the way up and down the site. You are sort of losing your foreground/background distinction in a lot of areas

flickr and twitter icons should line up with each other on left

your 2 column are really running into each other here, especially considering some of the generous white space you have throughout the page
if so, left justify them, they look like action links where they are currently
this gradient is a little too strong

this one as well (and the one at the bottom)
I like the effect you have going with your twitter/flickr icons butting up against their baselines and think the logo might look nice if you drop it down a little and cut the drop off at the bottom. Not sure how set the logo is.
Hi Patrick, thank you for this review. You mentioned some good points. I definitely consider them when i go over the design.
i know this is just a concept- still: - your logo on the right is fine but i guess you are not utilizing the space on your top-left. - right panel is too close to the main panel. - if possible, please redesign your image boxes (theme/flickr boxes)
Thank you Abhishek for your comment. Do you have some suggestions on how i could improve the look of the imge boxes?
some things to change though
it bothers me that everything has a texture but the logo's bar add some noise to it or something.
strech the layout so there be more space between the main content and the sidebar
the green thingy at the bottom looks good but does the WP credit really needs it's own bar? prehaps moving it elsewhere and leaving the greeny as a decorative only?
icons look pretty good but consider changing the WP icon, instead of filling it's background enlarge it and change it's colour, that might just work better with the rest of the design.
smaller frame to the photos will be nice (just not the main one, it's just fine there)
bottom line it looks really nice and i actualy liked it :)
Thanks for the review. Yes i thought about styling the logo bar similar to the footer. I will try out your other suggestions and see how it will work out. I'm posting a new version of the concept in the near future.
sorry, not sure why it duplicated some of my comments, just look at one of each number :)
