I don't think the phonetic spelling of Marketing Agency and other terms is benefiting your professionalism (it's like that campaign the Monte Carlo has going right now). And it inconsistent. If you're going to use it, then use a complete dictionary-style definition, like: "noun. A group of designers..." and use the phonetic symbols in the pronunciation guide.
In the portfolio section, I don't think the nav items Web Print Photo Identity are obvious enough (need something to indicate they are links).
I really think you need an About Us page. Give some bios and pics of the designers and developers, or at least of the principles.
And a nit-picky thing, everywhere it says "Us" but then it says "Follow ME on Twitter."
If this is for potential clients, the Links section is irrelevant.
I don't know about this one. It is ok, but there's something that I don't like and I honestly don't know what it is.
Get rid of the gradient background on the Twitter Feed section.
I tried to figure out why you did not align the elements at right like you did at left (in home we can see twitter feed with some space at right). In all the pages there is different blank spaces at left and right.
As Joel said, you could try to rid of the gradient at Twitter Feed.
Besides that, it is all ok.
I emailed you about this. IF you could get back to me that will help.
Didn't really read much of the content, but as far as the layout I like how it still works and looks good on a 20 inch monitor.
Not to sure why you need to give your audience the phonetic spelling of the words marketing agency... Do you have a lot of non English speaking clients? I mean i see where your going with the whole definition thing but the phonetics are taking a it a bit far.
The color pallet isn't bad. The gradient on the twitter feed needs to drop a bit, it doesn't make sense that it's attached to the content above. I'd say ditch the gradient totally to be honest.
Do you think this website would benefit from a complete redesign or should i just redesign elements from within?
Lauren, good point about using the dictionary style.
