Overall great work. The contrast on the title header needs a little more punch, otherwise great show.

firstly, are you clients wanting to use this as their main site with no ipad/iphone accessibility? If so, then explain the need for a non-flash version as well and increase your fee! :)
On this design, i like the corporate feel to it, however, there is a lot of unused real-estate. Have you though about enlarging the size of the navigation side bar and its text?
Would be good to see the index page rather than the contact page though??

I like the background transitions on page changes but i reiterate my previous points:

This design is unfortunately too simple and spread out. You need to condense the design and get rid of unneeded empty space. It also look backward with the logo on the right of the design instead of the left.

good color palette Ezequiel, I like how you worked the transitions between page, but I think your customer made the wrong choice, I don't think that a flash animated website is the best option for a law office , fill all that space it's going to be a challenge for you man, maybe using some pictures to support the content, will help you a lot
