It is still a wireframe, keep on photoshopping so it is easier for us to comment.

It's look like a wireframe (a sketch), if it's not.. Then you should start from the beginning, although I like the structure.

how can we review the design if this is still a backbone? paste the design.. ty

Menu doesn't look very nice. Maybe left aligned would be better? Or under the search field? RSS/FB/TW maybe would fit better under the search field as well. Magnifier could be on the right side of the search input area.

I completely agree with Miro, this looks like a wireframe. lose the blue gradient on the top of each post. The background text is also a bit odd. Keep working on it.
