    so white...

I understand that this is a fat free -product so it needs to be white, but still it feels empty. The typefaces are not really good, but maybe you have not chosen them yet.

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll take them to the client however it is important for them to have a point of difference to the boxes around theirs (which are all dark, heavy and very busy).

Thanks I think, It's always hard when the client give such a restricted brief!

    Dynamic content

Posted on Apr 05, 2010 at 10:26 AM

I know this depends in the client a lot, but it would be nice to make it a little bit more dynamic - it is very straight forward and conservative, but that is what the client is looking for perhaps.

Thanks for your comments, you're right, the client is looking for a point of difference to its competitors, which are all heavy dark (middle eastern inspired) products.

    The pink stroke

Posted on Apr 05, 2010 at 7:14 PM

I like what you have here, just a few touches and details that could make this even better:

    1. The pink stroke around the outside is clashing with the red color. Change the pink to the red color.
    2. The tabs on the front color looks a little web'ish. The shapes need to be more natural and organic if that makes sense?
    3. Bring the "Spinach & Ricotta..." closer into the title.

Other than that I think it fits your purpose pretty well. It looks healthy, light and tasty. The stock imagery is great and your typography good. Good work!

Thanks for the recommendations. 1. This is just the dieline, it isn't part of the artwork. 2. I'll take this on board, I think perhaps the bleed/corner radius may be making it a bit 'web', I'll see what I can do. 3. I'll see how it looks, but the client doesn't want it too integrated into the product logo.
